Phase 1: Feasibility Study

Working with your antibodies or antigens, we will evaluate the feasibility of developing a rapid test for you. Upon your request, we can source alternative antibodies or antigens for development work. This is a quick and cost-effective service for determining if available materials are suitable for use in a rapid assay. The next step would be further optimization of the assay to meet your requirements.

Phase 2: Optimization

Upon demonstration of feasibility, we will refine the assay parameters to optimize the performance. This involves extensive evaluation of the materials used (capture proteins, nitrocellulose, release pad, conjugates, buffer conditions, etc.) to achieve best sensitivity, specificity, and stability.

Phase 3: Documentation

Vista can provide complete documentation for producing the optimized assay in the form of operating processes and procedures that can be easily adapted to comply with your documentation requirements.

Phase 4: Training and Scale-up

Vista will train your personnel to make the tests and assist with scaling from development to manufacturing production.
